Our story began over six years ago with a small catering business and a love of cooking. We perfected the recipes, built our signature flavors, and brought all of it to Holland, Ohio — bold spice, quality ingredients and warm hospitality on every plate.

How we cook
Tikka, boti, seekh and chops go straight over live coals — the char is the flavour, and it can't be faked on a flat-top.
The masalas behind our karahi and biryani are the ones we developed over six years of catering, not off a shelf.
Dough is slapped onto the tandoor wall when you order it, so it reaches the table blistered and still steaming.
We started by feeding hundreds at a time. Buckets, platters and full catering trays are still what we do best.
